White kidney bean extract has been researched and has shown that it is able to slow down the breakdown of carbohydrates by lessening the activity of the enzyme, amylase. When starchy carbohydrates such as, breads, cereal, rice, pasta and cake get eaten, amylase is the enzyme that helps digest them. The starches are usually broken down into sugar but when the activity of amylase is decreased it may cause less of your sugar calories to be stored as fat. Your body needs a certain amount of sugar for energy, so anything beyond that need will be stored as glycogen or stored as fat.
Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 capsules twice a day before starchy meals and snacks. For the best results, you should also keep up a healthy diet and exercise plan. The capsules should be taken with a full 8 ounce glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

We were only able to find one customer review and it was positive saying this product was nice. There are a couple of things that concern us as well. Since 1 bottle will only last you 10 days, this product will end up being quite expensive in the long run. There was also no guarantee which made us unsure of the effectiveness of this product. Therefore, we feel that there are better options out there and would not recommend this product.
