Caffeine is not only a stimulant, but works to increase metabolic rates as well, hence the raw coffee or green coffee supplements being rolled out. It is also an anti oxidant, like raspberry, so the two together in one formula compliment each other. Choline is needed to make lecithin, which the body needs to process fat and cholesterol. Vitamin K2 helps with strong bone formation and reducing inflammation. It work synergistically with many other nutrients in the body. However, Forza should do more to explain why this specific extra nutrient has been selected for inclusion. Forza’s formula is quite different to others on the market.
Dosage
Take 2 capsules shortly after breakfast and one after lunch. Drink lots of water throughout the day and take each capsule with a full glass of water.
Possible Side Effects
If you are sensitive to caffeine, start by taking one capsule only. This capsule is not suitable for children. The high caffeine count also makes it unsuitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

You’ll pay $13.20 for a bottle containing 45 capsules on the Forza website, which is touted as a 15-day supply. You can also buy bottles containing 90 capsules. It appeared that a bottle containing 186 capsules was available, but that it was possibly sold out. No explicit discounts for these bigger count bottles are marketed that we could find. Strangely, when trying to purchase more than one 45-count bottle, we could only add one to our cart. It follows that there are likely no discounts based on buying multiple bottles of the same volume either.

Forza claims that this supplement is the highest selling one in the UK. Either it really works, or there is a lack of competition, or the price is attractive – which it is, but bear in mind it is only a 15-day supply. However, the strength of the ketones at 200mg is higher than in other supplements. This means that if you take the recommended 3 a day you are getting 600 mg raspberry ketones and caffeine respectively.
This same high dosage may be a double-edged sword though, as you may be sensitive to the high amounts of caffeine and find yourself experiencing the jitters. If you lower your dosage, will you still get the desired effect? These are factors you need to consider, especially if you already consume quite a few cups of coffee to begin with. The other thing to consider is that with only 14 days to return the product (and it is not clear if you can return opened products to begin with), this leaves little room for you to test the product to see if it is working for you. In effect, your product is therefore likely not to be risk-free at all. Given that the manufacturer asserts this to be the top-selling raspberry ketone supplement in the UK, we would also have expected such confidence to manifest as a more generous guarantee. Why not then give you at least one month to try the product?
There are many celebrity names also being thrown around by Forza as using their product. From many years of consumer and market insights we know that it is the rule, not the exception, for these celebs to be paid to use the product in question. If this is the case, you cannot truly take a famous person’s word as an accurate measure of how good a product is. So price, lack of adequate time to get your return and celebrity names are aspects that militate against the use this supplement. Decide for yourself which factors are important to you and how having the full picture will affect your potential purchase.
