The product is mostly all natural but marred by the fact that it contains pork gelatin which is a pity because it means that the supplement is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans. This supplement only contains 5,000 mcg of biotin. This is a low amount of biotin when compared to its competitors who offer twice that amount. We question the effectiveness of this supplement at this level of biotin. There is free shipping but only if you spend $49 which requires you to buy more than bottle. The return policy is only good for 30 days which is too short in our opinion. The full refund on the returns is not so full because it excludes the cost of shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other unspecified charges. The reviews on the GNC website looked suspicious because there were only eight reviews in total, and they were all 5 star reviews. When we read reviews on Amazon, we saw that many people reported no measurable changes or benefits after taking these pills.
