The primary ingredient is 10,000 mcg of Biotin. Biotin improves the foundation of keratin, which is a major protein found in skin, hair and nails. In addition, this product is nut-free, gluten-free and free of artificial coloring or flavorings. The capsule is vegetarian, however, we were slightly disappointed that it’s not vegan friendly.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is one pill per day to be taken with a meal. This conflicts a bit with research we’ve done. Some studies recommend taking two pills per day until the desired effects are reached, and then tapering to one per day.
